The UHA research staff is composed by 19 teams i.e. 280 researchers or teacher and researchers, 50 administrative and technical staff or so and 150 PhD/doctoral students.

The education possibilities of the UHA are based on this high level research.

 Seven laboratories are recognized by the CNRS.
