About a thousand international students are registered every year with the Université de Haute-Alsace. Over the past ten years, bi/tri national education and training programmes and a sustained activity in teaching and research have been developed, in agreement with international partners.
Known for its excellence in sciences and in other fields (such as chemistry, material science, engineering sciences, social studies…), the university has used this factor to develop research opportunities and to extend the fields of studies to other domains, even outside the existing geographical borders.
